Please note, the downtown mystic drawbridge goes up once an hour at 20 of the hour.** Being caught behind that, is not a valid excuse for lateness. Guests must arrive at least 40 minutes prior to departure time. This allows time to fill out the necessary paperwork and complete the informative 20-25 minutes pre-departure safety, operational, and instructional walkthrough. If you are late your tour is forfeited, no refunds, no excuses accepted.
Please use the restrooms prior to arriving for check-in at our dock.

Depending on the weather, we travel 20-25 miles for a two and a half to three hour tour. We always work hard to give you the best adventure possible while keeping your safety in mind. We also offer one-hour tour options.
-
We are limited to eight people per tour, four times per day, so please keep this in mind when booking for a specific time or day.

The boats are designed not only for fun but also with safety in mind. These boats have high density, polyethylene, foam-filled pontoons, making them virtually unsinkable. Secondly, they turn in such that they are very comfortable and user-friendly. All safety equipment, including life jackets, is included onboard each boat. We teach first-time boaters to navigate the boats with great success!
-
Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are recommended. Beach attire with water shoes, sandals, or flip-flops is appropriate. A light jacket is optional when the weather is cool. Although you shouldn’t get soaked, a towel is recommended due to minor splashing.
-
We do not go out in heavy rain or dangerous conditions. In the event of bad weather, we try to reschedule you to a different day. If we are not able to reschedule, your full payment is refunded.
-
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your trip, we give you a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the trip are not refunded. No excuses accepted.

We have four boats, so we can accommodate a total of eight people per tour. We also offer group bookings for parties of six to eight. Please see our tour page for more info.
-
Two people must be in each boat that goes out on the tour (excluding the guide boat). In the event you have an odd number in your party, one person rides solo unless we are fully booked and then they would be paired with a person in another party with an odd number. That person must meet the requirements for operating a watercraft. There are opportunities to switch drivers and riders during the tour.
If a person doesn’t meet eligibility requirements to operate one of our boats (18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license), they are paired up with a person who is eligible to operate the boat.
-
You must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate the boat. Must provide driver license upon check-in.
-
Children 8 years old and up may ride on the boat with an adult. Life preservers must be worn by all children 8 to 15 years old.
-
You may bring a small lunch, snacks, and other drinks on our 3-hour tour if you would like to.
-
We strongly suggest you use the facilities at the marina before the check-in. We do stop at one of several area beaches to allow you a break off the boats. However, there are no traditional facilities on these beaches.
-
Yes, there is a 250-pound weight limit per person for safety reasons.
